Objectives
- To improve nutritional status of pregnant/lactating women and children by strengthening the ICDS
- To improve safe motherhood and childhood practices in community
- Developing the health and hygiene practices to improve the adolescent reproductive and sexual health
- Making responsive and accountable to government frontline primary health services
- Making functional VHSC for planning, implementation and monitoring of panchayat level health services

- Awareness generation on reproductive and maternal health
- Sensitisation of CBOs to demand health services from community level service providers
- Formation of adolescent health groups
- Preparation of panchayat health plan
- Anaemia screening growth monitoring and observing and ensuring full immunisation of child
- Adolescent girls and boys education programme
- Promoting pregnancy registration
- Safe delivery, menstrual hygiene, immunisation monitoring
- Support to ASHA
- VHSC regularisation
- Supplementary nutrition
