During the six-month long project, the community health workers mobilised the community for vaccination, helped the community members to register themselves on COVIN website, and maintained the database and trackers.  The organisation team collaborated with CHCs and PHCs and several vaccination camps were organised in due course.

Through the efforts of the organisation 51,695 people were registered in the database and got at least first dose of the vaccine. At the baseline stage this was limited to 36,482. During the project period, 168 vaccination camps were organised in the villages. At the end of project, 50,939 took first dose of the vaccine and 49,916 took both doses.

The team removed myths and misconceptions regarding COVID-19 vaccination. The project identified vaccination champions to involve them in behaviour change communication initiatives.
